Stopped in a week ago for my free tire rotation - they noticed rear lateral links rusted and wearing on tires. They brought me back to the bay to physically show me the work that needed done. They would have gotten me in immediately but I didn't have time that day so I scheduled an appointment. They were done before they said they would be and the work was done at the quote provided, meaning no extra charges like some shops try to slide in at the end. Always great service at this location!
I had our car towed Saturday, the tow driver noticed a slight bulge on the passenger rear tire. Today I called Five season, made sure they had the right size and brand I wanted in stock I've dealt with this shop in the past and as always, I've received very good and efficient service, Because you don't have to have an appointment, they get to you as soon as possible. Their excellent service and knowledgeable answers on any questions one might have is why I always come to them for tires.
I was greeted promptly upon entering the store on a busy Friday afternoon. The counter staff was on top of what I had ordered for tires and assured me they would get my pickup in as soon as a bay was open. I discussed the TPMS of my Chevy Colorado with their counter rep. He advised recalibration issues they've experienced using aftermarket replacements and suggested to stay with the OEM sensors if I noticed issues with pressure readings. It was refreshing to have an experienced honest answer provided rather than an upselling sales pitch. I was ready to roll with the new Goodyear Steadfast HT's in under 40 minutes without an appointment....with no tire machine scuffs on the rims. I returned the next day for lug nut torque check and was back on the road in under 5 minutes. This was my first visit to 5 Seasons, I will recommend them to others and consider them for their other services as well.
